Who am I?
My colleagues will tell you I am a pro-active, service-oriented executive with exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
I consider myself an accomplished and innovative leader with experience in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, managing large-scale projects, and mobilizing key stakeholders to address business challenges. Most recently I've focused on competency based micro-learning development.
An energetic team player I can quickly contribute by:
• Building organizational capacity through curriculum design, virtual training, and content development
• Leveraging experience to resolve root causes of complex and diverse issues
• Providing detail-oriented project management that produces results and meets business objectives
• Creating strong relationships that enhance employee talents, productivity and retention rates
On the personal front, my husband, two children and I live in Lansdale, PA. I am always exploring ways that I can make life better for my family and community, so you will find that I love working with nonprofits and educators!
